We care about your comfort, so we make sure you stay up to date during every stage of your project. As we move on from one step to another, we’ll answer any questions you have and address any concerns. This way, you can relax knowing your project is in the best hands possible.

Start to finish
12 steps towards your dream home
Every project follows the same twelve steps, in this order. The first three cost you one phone call; the last two keep us on the hook long after we leave.

Describe your project on our contact form, and add a few photos so we can see the space you have in mind.
Phone consultation
We'll get back to you with a phone consultation to talk more about your needs and ideas. Next, we'll schedule an in-home consultation to further discuss the details of your project. The home consultation has a $500 fee, which will be considered as a deposit toward your final payment if you choose to work with us.
In-home consultation
We'll come to your place and completely assess the space you want to transform. We'll take measurements and discuss the budget, timeline, and materials needed to get your project started.
Signing the contract
When everything is set, we'll create and sign a contract. We'll make sure it includes the exact pricing schedule, work schedule, and other specifics.
Design phase
After the contract is signed, we'll start designing your space. This is where you'll have the opportunity to see how your home is going to look before any work starts. If you need to change or add anything, feel free to let us know and we'll make sure it is exactly what you want. The design work represents a 10% fee of the total estimated project.
Pre-job walkthrough
Before we get to work, we'll have a walkthrough to inform you about the following steps so that you know what to expect.
Protect your home
Before we start any demolition, construction, or remodeling work, we'll make sure the home's structure is safe. We'll also seal and protect the areas of your home that won't be in the project's scope. This ensures the dust, dirt, or debris is kept to a minimum while we work on your space.
We get to work
Our crew builds what we designed together, on the schedule in your contract, and keeps you updated as each stage finishes.
Cleaning done by professionals
When our work is complete, we bring in our professional cleaning team. They'll make sure your home is ready for you to use right away. After they're done, you won't even know we were there.
Post-job walkthrough
Before we leave, we'll do a final walkthrough together to make sure everything looks exactly the way you want.
5-year warranty
Enjoy peace of mind with our 5-year labor warranty, and you'll always have the manufacturer's warranty available on the premium products that we use. No matter what comes up during this time, reach out to us so that we can see about fixing it free of charge.
Follow-up
We want to make sure that you enjoy your new place for as long as possible. We'll check in with you after 3 days, 3 weeks, and 3 months to make sure everything is as it should be. We'll also have a 12-month follow-up visit to see if there's anything more we can help you with.
